Working with our clients starts at the beginning. Pre-construction is an important part of our process and it is the most critical element for a successful project. It is the foundation of the project. This is the time that expectations are set, and the critical input can be defined. During the pre-construction phase we will introduce the team members you will be working with, and we will also be able to provide guidance on the project scope, project budget, project details, schedule, lead times for products, manpower necessary to complete your project.
Our goal is to deliver all our projects one time and on budget. We will work with your team members to deliver all goods and services to your satisfaction. A comprehensive project walkthrough with your team will be performed ensuring that the goods and services we’ve provided meet not only the requirements of our contract but also the client.
